hacked?

2 nights ago I was up between 2 and 4 am, surfing the TV, with the FIOS service in Prince William County. Did anyone else notice a little problem with the channel descriptions? All of the public access channels had been changed to say "The Orifice. We're always open" I thought it was hilarious. It's gone now. Maybe it made the news, but probably not.
